As a person who loves adventuring, I find periods such a pain! Especially when I do a lot of watersports and camping. I have posted on my social media a lot about how much I love the period swimwear, which allow me to go in the water without having to wear tampons if it's that time of the month.

I tried the Ultimate™ Bikini - medium flow. This bikini style underwear is high leg and very comfortable. I felt very supported and I was confident that I wouldn't leak - which I didn't. Although I don't generally have a very heavy flow. It feels just like wearing normal underwear but somehow it feels really firm and comfortable. The Bikini Brief period pants are really soft and wash very well. I love being able to completely replace having to use uncomfortable tampons and bulky pads. You can wear the pants for up to 8 hours on all but your heaviest days. It holds at least 15 ml of period flow or light leaks / 2-3 tampons' worth.
